Katie Chanpong is a commercialization, strategy, and partnerships executive with more than fifteen years of experience building new businesses across regulated industries and developing markets. She has commercialized more than 12 ventures representing over $100 million in forecast revenue and directly closed $4.7 million in new business, working with industry leaders like Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, Humana, TD Ameritrade, Procter & Gamble, venture-backed startups, and institutional investors.

Katie has lived many lives and has developed significant subject matter expertise across artificial intelligence, blockchain and web3, financial services and instruments, healthcare operations and delivery, clinical trials, real world data, FDA, insurance, food and beverage, public policy, and political campaigns. She is currently the Co-Founder of Inference Exchange, a financial exchange for AI capacity, where she leads customer discovery, commercial strategy, and ecosystem development.

Previously, Katie was an Entrepreneur-In-Residence and commercial leader at Bionic, later acquired by Accenture, where she helped Fortune 500 executives launch new ventures and built venture governance frameworks that increased investment velocity fourfold while cutting time to market by approximately 50 percent.

Her broader experience spans clinical research at the National Institutes of Health, military healthcare work at Walter Reed and Booz Allen Hamilton, statewide campaign operations, and humanitarian evacuations from Afghanistan and Ukraine. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Wellesley College, where she served as College Government President and a student member of the Board of Trustees.
